Adizero Boston 12 is a light, cushioned speed trainer that brings a race-day feel to tempo and fast training runs. Full-length glass-fiber ENERGYRODS 2.0 support a smooth heel-to-toe transition, while layered LIGHTSTRIKE PRO and new LIGHTSTRIKE 2.0 provide cushioning for training. Engineered mesh targets midfoot lockdown and forefoot flexibility, and CONTINENTAL rubber adds grip for longer road sessions.
