Glycerin 21

Max CushionReleased 2024-01JP

Glycerin 21 is a neutral max-cushion shoe for daily road miles, long runs and walking. It adds 2mm more nitrogen-infused DNA LOFT v3 than the Glycerin 20 while keeping a 10mm offset. A broad platform supports smooth, stable transitions, and a new warp-knit upper balances breathability with a flexible, secure fit. It is the first Glycerin to use lightweight RoadTack rubber with recycled silica.

Weight measurement and plate details
Weight note
Official Brooks product page lists 277.8g for men; Japanese launch coverage states approx. 280g at 27.0cm.
Plate note
Brooks' exact product page describes the DNA LOFT v3 midsole, broad platform and engineered warp-knit upper, while its official comparison identifies the RoadTack rubber outsole. No carbon structure is identified, and Fleet Feet's exact product page corroborates the same major construction, supporting a false carbon-plate classification.
