Speedgoat 7 is HOKA's seventh-generation trail model for long distances and technical terrain. This update pairs a refreshed supercritical foamed EVA midsole for greater energy return with Vibram Megagrip, revised 5 mm Traction Lugs, and an integrated gaiter attachment. HOKA positions it for rocky climbs, slick mud, steep descents, and mixed terrain, with Regular and Wide fits offered for men and women.
