Cloudflow 3 is a third-generation lightweight speed trainer for tempo runs, intervals and road races. Helion superfoam and CloudTec balance quick response with road protection, while a polypropylene Speedboard supports a springy toe-off. Cloudboom-inspired Grip-Rubber geometry and traction improve cornering, and revised heel hold plus a seamless upper improve security at pace. The upper uses 70% recycled polyester.
