Cloudflyer 3
Cloudflyer 3 is a third-generation road support trainer for distance, recovery, and daily training. Helion superfoam, 12 enlarged CloudTec elements, and the series' first forked outsole provide cushioning and a wider base instead of corrective posting. Its Speedboard spreads landing load and promotes forward motion, while elevated mesh, star lacing, an adaptive heel, and a plush tongue secure the foot in comfort.

Weight measurement and plate details
- Weight note
- Official On FW20 Cloudflyer tech sheet states 280g for EU men's 42.
- Plate note
- On's official release identifies a Speedboard but does not state its material, so carbon_plate remains unresolved.
