Peregrine 16
Peregrine 16 is a neutral trail shoe for agile runs on moderate to technical terrain. It adds 4 mm of PWRRUN foam over Peregrine 15 for extra cushioning and protection, while a wider base supports stability. Full-coverage Vibram Megagrip and 4 mm lugs grip wet rock and loose surfaces. A flexible forefoot Rock Guard shields stone and roots; high-strength mesh adds toe protection and gaiter compatibility.

Weight measurement and plate details
- Weight note
- Men's 9.5oz / 271g from Saucony official running shoe buyer guide.
- Plate note
- Saucony's official guide and Running Warehouse's exact product page confirm a forefoot Rock Guard/Rock Guard plate, but neither identifies its material. Because the evidence cannot distinguish a carbon structure from a non-carbon structure, carbon_plate remains unknown.
