Terraventure 5
Terraventure 5 is a low-cushion shoe for rocky, technical trails, balancing ground feel with protection. A flexible ESS forefoot rock plate and Vibram Megagrip handle rocks and roots. ZipFoam cushioning now pairs with a water-resistant, quick-draining FKT insole. Dual mesh reinforces high-wear areas, while a roomy toe box, secure midfoot and heel, and universal gaiter compatibility complete the trail fit.

Weight measurement and plate details
- Weight note
- Topo Athletic Japan official product page lists 291 g for men's M9; Topo Athletic US lists 10.3 oz for men's M9.
- Plate note
- The exact Japan Terraventure 5 technology section identifies a flexible ESS foam forefoot rock plate. This named non-carbon structure supports the existing false classification. It is not a claim of 'no plate' and is not inherited from the GTX variant.
