VIA Olympus

Max CushionRelease date 2022-11-01US

The original VIA Olympus brings the cushioning concept of the trail Olympus to a max-cushion road shoe for daily and longer runs. Its 33mm zero-drop Altra EGO MAX platform combines Active Stance Rocker geometry with InnerFlex grooves for a rolling, flexible stride. An Original FootShape forefoot gives toes room, while the engineered mesh upper and rubber outsole complete the road-focused build.

Intended uses:
Daily, Long run, Recovery

Weight measurement and plate details
Weight note
Japanese launch coverage explicitly lists 312g for men's US10.5 / 28.5cm. The exact Altra Hong Kong feature also lists men's 312g but does not state its sample size.
Plate note
The original VIA Olympus official construction description covers EGO MAX, rocker geometry, InnerFlex, mesh and rubber without a carbon structure. The exact Japan feature corroborates the build; this does not assert the absence of every non-carbon insert.
