GEL-KAYANO 29

StabilityReleased 2022-07-29JP

A stability trainer for daily mileage and marathons, with FF BLAST PLUS above FLYTEFOAM and a midsole 2 mm thicker than its predecessor. High-hardness EVA LITETRUSS supports the medial side and resists twisting. A low-profile heel counter and stretch-knit upper support the foot, while an AHARPLUS heel plug reinforces the outsole where repeated landings cause wear.

Weight note
The registered 299g and 10.5mm drop were previously verified on the exact ASICS Australia product page. That URL now returns a 500 error in a normal browser, so preserve the values while leaving a healthy public replacement source unresolved.
Plate note
No carbon plate is stated in the ASICS Japan official GEL-KAYANO 29 press release checked in this pass.
