GT-2000 10 is a stability road trainer with a flatter, full-ground-contact platform and flex cuts for smoother transitions. LITETRUSS uses firmer EVA along the medial side to limit excessive twisting and inward roll. FLYTEFOAM Propel and GEL provide cushioning, while a variable-density knit upper balances reinforcement and airflow. It suits everyday training, including marathon preparation.

The exact ASICS Australia men's 1011B185-400 page lists 280 g / 9.9 oz without a sample size. A separate official Japan feature dated 2022-11-01 gives approximately 280 g per shoe at 27.0 cm in its GT-2000 10 paragraph. The Japan sample is not inferred for the Australian figure.
Plate note
The exact Japan press identifies LITETRUSS as high-hardness EVA support construction. Its detailed construction and the complete exact Australia technology list name no carbon structure, supporting retained carbon_plate=false. This is not a claim that every plate or support structure is absent.
