METASPEED EDGE TOKYO is a race shoe for cadence-style runners. It updates EDGE PARIS with FF LEAP above FF TURBO PLUS,using the lower layer to limit heel sink at mid-stance. A carbon plate slopes toward the toe to compress forefoot foam. FF LEAP also forms the sockliner,while MOTION WRAP UPPER 3.0 secures the foot and ASICSGRIP handles road contact.

The EDGE TOKYO-specific Japan section describes a carbon plate sloping down toward the toe,locally compressing forefoot foam. The midsole places FF LEAP above FF TURBO PLUS; SKY TOKYO's reversed foam order and higher plate layout are not transferred.
