Ghost 16
Ghost 16 is a neutral daily road trainer that updates Ghost 15's DNA LOFT v2 to nitrogen-infused DNA LOFT v3 for softer cushioning at a lower weight. A Segmented Crash Pad guides the transition from landing through toe-off, while durable RoadTack rubber with recycled silica covers the outsole. Its engineered double-jacquard mesh wraps the foot comfortably, making the shoe suited to everyday road running and walking.
