Torrent 3
Torrent 3 is a lightweight trail model with a responsive ride. Its PROFLY midsole balances cushioned landings with a propulsive toe-off, while Early Stage MetaRocker smooths transitions. Compared with Torrent 2, HOKA reduces the mesh upper from two layers to one for better breathability, retains TPU support, and revises the sticky-rubber outsole with 4mm multidirectional lugs for grip on uneven terrain.

- The exact HOKA US page lists 8.70 oz for men, while the exact Japanese authorized page states 248g for men's size 9. Although an older Spring 2024 catalog lists 266g, the current exact official PDP and multiple exact authorized pages align at 8.7 oz / 248g, so weight_g is set to 248g.
