Wave Inspire 21

StabilityReleased 2025-01-01US

Wave Inspire 21 is a stability-focused daily trainer for runners with overpronation or anyone seeking extra support. Compared with Inspire 20's full-midsole Mizuno Enerzy Foam, version 21 adds softer, lighter Enerzy NXT at the heel wedge. A medially raised Mizuno Wave plate guides the stride from landing through toe-off, while a breathable, durable air-mesh upper uses the same last as Wave Rider for daily running.
