Wave Rebellion Flash is the first-generation race-and-training model for runners targeting a sub-three-hour marathon. Mizuno Enerzy Lite in the top midsole works with a full-length glass-fiber-reinforced nylon Wave Plate to combine rebound with more flexible support than a carbon plate. A light, breathable air-mesh upper and G3 outsole suit road tempo sessions and race day.
