Air Pegasus 1993
Air Pegasus 1993 marked a pronounced fit experiment within Nike's long-running daily trainer. It introduced a close-fitting spandex or Lycra inner sleeve and a firmer upper, departing from the conventional construction of earlier Pegasus models. That narrower direction did not suit every runner and helped prompt Nike to reconsider the franchise's fundamentals in later versions.

Weight measurement and plate details
- Weight note
- Weight returns to unresolved because no official or authorized specification was confirmed. The 11.8 oz value from historical lineage media is not adopted as a public numeric spec.
- Plate note
- The available exact-generation history only describes the upper update and does not sufficiently document plate structure or material, so carbon status remains unresolved.
