Zegama 2

TrailReleased 2024-05Global

Zegama 2 is a second-generation trail shoe for long distances and technical terrain. It retains ZoomX cushioning but wraps the soft foam in a firmer SR02 carrier and uses a wider, more anatomical footbed than the original. A single-layer engineered-mesh upper and built-in gaiter add containment and debris protection, while a Vibram Megagrip outsole with multidirectional 4 mm lugs targets rocks, mud, water and roots.

Weight note
T3's exact Zegama 2 launch section lists 320g for men's US 10. The former Nike Japan and Nike US product links no longer render the exact model/value, so the sample context is retained with the current source-health caveat.
Plate note
REI's exact men's product page lists a forefoot rock plate but does not identify its material. Because the structure is named while carbon content remains unclear, carbon status returns to unresolved rather than false.
