Cloudswift 3
Cloudswift 3 redesigns the bottom unit of On’s urban road trainer for hard pavement. Dual-density Helion superfoam works with CloudTec cushioning, while an injection-molded TPU Speedboard sits inside the midsole to preserve a softer underfoot surface. A zonal knit upper and 3D heel padding secure the foot, and a rubber outsole adds wet-road traction for everyday and shorter road runs.

Weight measurement and plate details
- Weight note
- 290g from the official On product page.
- Plate note
- Yodobashi's exact Cloudswift 3 product page identifies the Speedboard as injection-molded TPU. TPU is a named non-carbon plate structure, so carbon_plate is classified as false; the shoe still has a TPU Speedboard.
