Cloudswift 4
Cloudswift 4 is On’s fourth-generation trainer for everyday runs on hard city pavement. A soft Helion top layer sits over denser foam within CloudTec, while an injection-molded nylon-blend Speedboard and rocker shape guide landing-to-toe-off transitions. A one-piece knit upper, perforated toe box, and updated midfoot cage secure the foot; a rubber outsole with an enhanced lug pattern adds road traction.

Weight measurement and plate details
- Weight note
- On Japan men's product page lists 278.0g; exact sample size is not stated on the Japanese product page.
- Plate note
- Fleet Feet's exact Cloudswift 4 page identifies the Speedboard as an injection-molded nylon blend. Because the structure is explicitly non-carbon, carbon_plate remains false; the shoe still contains a nylon-blend Speedboard.
