Zoom Fly 3

Speed TrainerPlanned release 2019-07-11

Zoom Fly 3 is the third-generation road speed trainer intended for 5Ks through marathons, tempo runs and long runs. A full-length carbon-fiber plate sits between layers of Nike React foam, while the VaporWeave upper and arch-band lacing wrap the foot for a close fit. Rubber is limited to the forefoot and heel to balance outsole durability with weight, giving the model a clear role across racing and faster training.

Intended uses:
Tempo, Long run, Race
