Cloudstratus 3
Cloudstratus 3 is a cushioned road trainer for daily mileage and long runs. It pairs softer, re-engineered Helion foam with two CloudTec layers and a nylon-blend Speedboard. Updated rubber and outsole geometry improve grip and reduce trapped stones. Recycled polyester mesh replaces TPU and plastic overlays, while a revised collar, lining and heel padding update the fit.

Weight measurement and plate details
- Weight note
- Previously verified official On Japan men's single-shoe weight of 290 g. The former page now redirects to a generic shop; this is not a freshly reverified value.
- Plate note
- The exact Fleet Feet product page identifies a nylon-blend Speedboard. This is a named non-carbon structure; carbon_plate remains false, but the shoe has a Speedboard.
