NOVABLAST 5 is a daily road trainer for jogging and steady-paced sessions. Full-length FF BLAST MAX replaces the previous foam, working with a thicker big-toe push-off area and a broad heel contact zone. A Jacquard mesh upper replaces the prior woven material to improve airflow, while gusseted tongue wings secure the midfoot and limit tongue movement during training.
