DYNABLAST 6
DYNABLAST 6 is the sixth neutral road model for everyday runs and training. Its FF BLAST PLUS midsole works with a centrally positioned pod to support energy return at toe-off. The updated engineered-mesh upper uses lighter, more breathable materials than the predecessor while maintaining a secure wrap. A broad AHAR LO rubber base adds durable ground contact for regular road mileage.

Weight measurement and plate details
- Weight note
- The ASICS US official page lists the men's weight as 276g / 9.7oz without a sample size. Running Warehouse Europe lists 275g for EU size 42.5, so the official 276g value is retained while the sample difference is documented.
- Plate note
- Complete ASICS US and UK product descriptions identify the engineered-mesh upper, FF BLAST PLUS, and central pod geometry without identifying a carbon or carbon-infused structure.
