Zoom Fly 5
Zoom Fly 5 is a fifth-generation plated trainer designed to bridge training and race day. The main change from Zoom Fly 4 is ZoomX foam above an SR-02 carrier, paired with a carbon-fiber plate for a responsive, rolling transition. Nike widened the forefoot and heel for stable corners and long efforts. A lightweight mesh upper secures the foot, while a rubber outsole supports tempo runs, long runs and racing.
