Zoom Fly 6 is a road speed trainer for tempo work, long runs and racing. Compared with Zoom Fly 5, Nike increases ZoomX foam and claims a weight reduction of over 10%. A full-length carbon-fiber Flyplate sits between ZoomX and SR-02 foams. A reworked two-layer woven mesh upper provides a sock-like fit, while thin web rubber on the outsole balances road traction with a lighter build.
