Wave Rider GTX 4
Wave Rider GTX 4 is a waterproof trainer for wet roads and compact paths. Compared with GTX 3's NXT heel insert, it places nitrogen-infused NXT above ENERZY and pairs them with a full-length Wave plate. GORE-TEX Invisible Fit and a gusseted tongue support protection and fit, while Wgrip and X10 rubber, lugs and a central flex groove suit daily and longer road-to-trail runs.

Weight measurement and plate details
- Weight note
- Use Mizuno Japan's exact unisex J1GU2630 reference of about 315g for one shoe at 27.0cm. The exact men's 365Rider listing reports 310g with no sample size. Preserve that alternate scope rather than treating it as an error or averaging the weights.
- Plate note
- BIKE24's exact GTX4 manufacturer-product description names a full-length Mizuno Wave plate but not its material. Carbon status remains unknown; Mizuno Japan's lower Rider30 promotional block is not used as GTX4 plate evidence.
