MT-4
MT-4 is the fourth-generation hybrid for running from roads to trails and walking. A dual-density midsole pairs a soft foot-facing feel with a firmer response underfoot. Recycled mesh provides breathability and medial ports let water escape. An OrthoLite Performance footbed, comfortable tongue and collar, and Vibram XS Trek outsole round out its mixed-terrain construction.

Weight measurement and plate details
- Weight note
- The exact MT-4 men's section in distributor PR93 states 303 g at M9. The women's 244 g in a separate section and on the W052 Italian page is not used as the men's value.
- Plate note
- The complete exact Italian MT-4 construction and technology page contains no carbon structure; the exact JP distributor model section corroborates its construction. False follows the complete-spec policy, not an explicit no-carbon statement or a claim that the shoe has no plate.
